Peppermint Jello Shots: Peppermint Patty

Peppermint Jello Shots are super yummy! I'm a big fan of mint, mint chocolate, or anything peppermint for that matter, and I can suck back Peppermint Jello Shots all night! Below is your basic recipe for Vodka Jello Shots:

• 16 ounces (2 cups) of boiling water
• 6 oz. package of flavored gelatin (Jello) You could use green or mint jello
  
• 6 ounces (3/4 cup) of cold water
• 10 ounces (1 1/4 cup) of Vodka
  
  

Now, to get some Peppermint action going on, simply replace the 1 1/4 cup of Vodka with 1 cup of Mint Schnapps, and 1/4 cup of Baileys Irish Cream Liquor. You heard right! You know that sounds good! I call this a Peppermint Patty Jello Shot. Don't forget your paper or plastic Jello Shot cups!
